1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the LocalTap website and any related pages we publish (the “Site”). During our pre-launch phase, the main purpose of the Site is to allow businesses to register interest in LocalTap.

By using the Site (including submitting a registration-of-interest form), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

LocalTap is currently operating in a pre-launch / early access phase.

3. Registration of interest

If you submit the registration-of-interest form, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to provide the business and contact details you submit.
• Submitting the form does not create any obligation on either side (it is not a contract for services).

4. What LocalTap is today (and what it isn’t yet)

LocalTap is being developed. The Site may describe planned features, but those features may change, be delayed, or not launch at all.

We do not guarantee that any future service, feature, or timeline will be available.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by introducing malware or automated abuse).
